East Lansing Police are investigating 2 deaths north of the MSU campus


East Lansing Police are investigating the deaths of two people in an apartment building north of the Michigan State University campus.

Police confirmed investigations into two deaths Saturday night, saying the response was back at the residence around 8 p.m. on October 30.

The deceased were found in Block 3900 on Halter Lane, a sparsely populated neighborhood four miles north of the college campus.

The circumstances of the death are still being investigated.

The police do not assume that there is an active threat to the population.
