Indiana comes to Ann Arbor for the night game

Michigan football will have the opportunity to recover from Saturday’s loss to the state of Michigan with a prime-time showdown against Indiana next weekend.

The Wolverines (7-1, 4-1 Big Ten) will receive the Hoosiers (2-6, 0-5 Big Ten) at 7:30 p.m. on November 6, with the game broadcast on Fox. Last season, Indiana beat Michigan for the first time in more than 25 years.

RAINER SABIN:The recent loss to MSU further tainted Harbaugh’s legacy with Michigan

This will be Michigan’s third night game of the season after beating Washington at home and Nebraska away. The Washington date served as a major recruiting weekend for Michigan, which rarely hosts night games, and it is possible that Coach Jim Harbaugh and his staff could capitalize on it again by bringing prospects for the Hoosiers game to campus.

UM’s most recent prime-time appearance was a thrilling win over Nebraska, which saw the Wolverines lagging behind for the first time all season before heading into the rally with an excellent fourth quarter.
