Ann Arbor Huron kicker Adam Samaha will be Michigan football’s first commit in the 2023 class

Michigan’s soccer program has its first engagement in the 2023 class.

Ann Arbor Huron kicker Adam Samaha announced his oral pledge to the Wolverines in a post on social media on Thursday.

“I am grateful to my parents, coaches, and teammates for their guidance, and to my family and friends for their support throughout this process,” wrote Samaha. “I would like to thank all the coaches who have recruited me. I’m really humble that Coach Harbaugh and the staff gave me the confidence to make this decision. “

The 6-foot junior is Kornblue Kickings No. 1 in the 2023 class. It was offered by Michigan in August – its only reported offer.

Samaha received 8-2 Huron awards for all conferences and all regions this season.
