New investment fund manager wants to bring ‘the very best’ minority-owned businesses to Grand Rapids

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – The New Community Transformation Fund, a Grand Rapids-based mutual fund designed to help grow businesses owned by black people and women, has hired its first executive director.

Ollie Howie, who has worked in the venture capital industry in New York, Atlanta and Maryland, will begin his new position on Monday, November 15th.
