Tuesday’s Grand Rapids Griffins’ home game postponed

For the second time in five days, the Grand Rapids Griffins home game has been postponed.
The American Hockey League announced on Sunday that the Chicago Wolves, who were due to visit the Griffins on Tuesday, would have to put off due to coronavirus issues. The Chicago in Grand Rapids last Friday was also postponed due to COVID-19 protocols affecting the wolves.
Make-up dates have not yet been set. All tickets are valid for the new match date. Ticket holders who would like more information or would like to request a refund can visit https://griffinshockey.com/refund-request-form.
The Griffins defeated Cleveland 5-2 on Saturday. Givani Smith and Chase Pearson each scored two goals while Riley Barber scored one.
Grand Rapids will be back in action next weekend with games on Friday and Saturday in Iowa. The Griffins’ next home game is April 10 against Rockford.
