Traverse City Uncorked Returns in May

Traverse City Uncorked will return in May to celebrate Michigan Wine Month.

Traverse City Uncorked was canceled due to COVID-19 last year.

This year they dedicate the whole month of May to local wineries.

The event uses a digital pass that people can access on their phones when checking into local wineries.

Traverse City Tourism says it is a great way to get back to a sense of normal and still stay safe.

“It’s an easy way to get back to the wine room, and yes, there’s a lot of pent-up demand. People learned to join us annually, of course, and then it was taken away last year and I think there’s a lot of optimism going back to the Wine Routes in both Leelanau and Old Mission to really rediscover some of the spaces that They have come to love over the years, “said Trever Tkach, President of Traverse City Tourism.

You can also earn prizes by checking into your digital pass.
