WASTHENAW COUNTY, MI – A high-density development proposal combining five types of units and a walk-in, neighborly feel that developers say hits the “sweet spot between luxury and entry-level apartments” was received in Pittsfield Township on Wednesday first OK.
Preliminary plans will arrive before the ward’s board of trustees for a second reading and public hearing on Dec. 8, where residents will ponder the proposal for Sutherland Square, the 22.5-acre development along State Street south of West Textile can street.
