  • ATA National Title Group LLC, Farmington Hills, a title company, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Talon Title Agency, were acquired by a newly formed holding company in partnership with CNL Strategic Capital LLC, Orlando, Florida, an investment company. and led by Levine Leichtman Strategic Capital LLC, Beverly Hills, California, a private equity firm. Downriver Hydro was founded in 2011 and has annual sales of nearly $ 10 million. GrowGen’s portfolio of hydroponic garden centers now includes 53 stores in 12 states, including seven in Michigan.
