COVID-19 vaccine clinics available in northwest Michigan

MANISTEE – Northwest Michigan Health Services continues its VAX-to-School campaign this week.

Several COVID-19 vaccine clinics are planned throughout the week and will be open to all beneficiaries. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have proof of their date of birth.

All clinics in the NMHSI offices are closed from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m.

The clinics are planned as follows:

• 10 am to 4 pm on October 4, Northwest Michigan Health Services, Traverse City, 10767 Traverse Hwy;

• on October 5th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Northwest Michigan Health Services, Traverse City, 10767 Traverse Hwy;

• 3 pm-7pm on October 5th, Mason – Oceana 911, Pentwater, 9160 N. Oceana Drive;

• 10 am to 4 pm on October 6th, Northwest Michigan Health Services, Shelby, 119 S. State St .;

• on October 6th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm TC Latino Grocery Store, Traverse City, 1456 S. Airport;

• October 7th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Northwest Michigan Health Services, Benzonia, 6051 Frankfurt Hwy .;

• October 7th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Northwest Michigan Health Services, Traverse City, 10767 Traverse Hwy; and

• October 8th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Northwest Michigan Health Services, Traverse City, 10767 Traverse Hwy.
