Combining routes, using vans as a possible solution to the shortage of school bus drivers in Ann Arbor
ANN ARBOR, MI – A shortage of bus drivers continues to disrupt operations in school districts across Washtenaw County, causing students to be late for school as schools scramble to work around the shortage and hire new drivers.
Ann Arbor Public Schools has seen 15 to 20 routes affected by the driver shortage, Superintendent Jeanice Swift said.
