ANN ARBOR (AP) – Michigan senior Isaiah Livers is not returning for an additional year.

A team spokesman confirmed Livers’ decision on Thursday. At this point, Guard Eli Brooks is the only player in Michigan who has decided to take advantage of the extra year the NCAA allows due to the coronavirus pandemic – although the school said Jaaron Faulds was still considering whether to do so.

Michigan loses Livers, Guard Mike Smith, Guard Chaundee Brown and striker Austin Davis from this year’s team that won the Big Ten and reached the Elite Eight.

The Wolverines are also awaiting NBA draft decisions from sophomore guard Franz Wagner and freshman center Hunter Dickinson.
