Hudsonville dropped a few heartbreakers to open the season, but the Eagles rose back to .500 after breaking Jensison’s heart.
The Eagles took a 23:22 win over Jenison on Friday to break their 2-2 record, and the win puts Hudsonville back in the top 10.
Hudsonville lost its first two games against Saline and Orchard Lake St. Mary’s by a total of six points. Both opponents are now 4-0.
Greetings to the Coopersville Broncos, who made their debut in the Grand Rapids top 10 this season. The Broncos are 4-0 for the first time in 18 years after beating Holland Christian 7-3.
