LANSING, Michigan (WILX) – Due to an increase in COVID-19 cases, District Court 54-B is returning to Stage One. The court will remain closed to the public until further notice.
All matters outside of custody are adjourned, except in cases where a constitutional right has not been waived. In addition, legal proceedings are being suspended to avoid a health risk to the public.
People with pending arrest warrants are requested to contact the court via the virtual counter.
