ANN ARBOR, MI – Despite ongoing staffing problems, there are no plans for Ann Arbor public schools to offer face-to-face classes four days a week with one day of distance learning, Superintendent Jeanice Swift said Wednesday.

During the AAPS Education Committee meeting on Wednesday, December 8, Swift said the district plans to continue offering face-to-face classes five days a week. Some board members had asked them last month to consider options, including recommending an alternative learning format to the five-day classroom class to address staffing shortages.
