(CBS Detroit) – 17 Detroit puppies were given to Michigan Humane Society on Monday.
According to Michigan Humane, the pups are roughly eight to ten weeks old.

The puppies will now be evaluated and fed healthy again.

Michigan Humane said the owner reached out to the organization for help because the trash was not planned.
Currently the puppies cannot be adopted.
