Waramaug acquires 256 room Radisson Hotel in Lansing, Michigan

Waramaug will renovate the property and rename it Doubletree by Hilton.

LANSING, ME. – Waramaug Hospitality, a private investment firm specializing in selected and full-service hotels, has bought the Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol for an undisclosed price. According to Waramaug, the 256-room hotel is the only full-service hotel in downtown Lansing. The property has an on-site restaurant and bar, fitness center, indoor pool, and over 10,000 square feet of meeting space. The second floor of the hotel is connected to the Lansing Center, the city’s 125,000 square meter convention center.

Waramaug is planning a complete renovation of the property and will rename it Doubletree by Hilton upon completion. Terrapin Hospitality will manage the facility. CBRE’s Nate Sahn brokered the sale. The seller was not known.
