Buffalo Sabres vs. Detroit Red Wings – NHL (11/27/21) | How to Watch, Start Time
After a disastrous road trip west, the Detroit Red Wings returned home on a grand scale on Wednesday and are now trying to bring that confidence into a Saturday night clash with an Atlantic Division opponent in the Buffalo Sabers on Saturday night.
Detroit lost four games in a row before meeting the St. Louis Blues earlier this week and felt at home returning to LCA. Alex Nedljkovic had a big game in the net for the Red Wings and stopped 35 of the 37 shots he faced in the 4-2 win. Robby Fabbri also had a good game, scoring a goal and assist against his former side while Dylan Larkin scored his tenth goal of the season.

After a promising start to the season, the Sabers have reverted to their old habits and send them below the .500 mark after four defeats in a row. They are now sixth in the Atlantic with a 7-10-2 record after a gross 5-1 loss to rivals Boston Bruins at home on Wednesday night.
This is the second of four meetings between the two clubs this season. Detroit won their first meeting in Western New York earlier this month and, thanks to Moritz Seider’s first NHL goal, won 4-3 in overtime.
