The family-friendly “Movement Art Fair” takes place on October 2nd in Ann Arbor

ANN ARBOR, me. – Flex your muscles at the first Ann Arbor Family Fitness Festival.

On Saturday October 2, community members can gather to visit local sports clubs, watch karate demos, try yoga, get a workout, and learn about fitness conditioning programs.

The free event takes place outdoors from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Advantage Personal Training on Oak Valley Drive.

“It’s like the art fair of movement,” said Brian Sipotz, owner of Advantage Personal Training, in a press release.

Around 20 fitness clubs and companies will attend the event to support a healthy and active lifestyle in Ann Arbor.

“There is something for every age,” says Sipotz. “We hope people find their next favorite fitness community.”

Prizes worth over US $ 2,500 will be raffled. Ann Arbor companies Argus Farm Stop, Thrive Juicery, and 19 Drips Coffee and Tea will be on hand with samples, the press release said.

Those who register for the free festival receive a T-shirt, early access to the event and a welcome workout.
