One injured in early morning Grand Rapids shooting

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – One adult male was injured during a shooting early Saturday, Oct. 29, in Grand Rapids, according to the Grand Rapids Police Department.

The shooting took place around 3:30 am in the 3000 block of Eastern Avenue Southeast. The man, whose exact age was not available, is in stable condition.

There were no fatalities. There is currently no information on a suspect.

The reason for the shooting is unknown, although a spokesperson did say a large crowd was gathered at the address where the shooting happened.
